States we don't ship to
We currently don't ship 7-OH to these 10 states because of state law or regulation:
- Alabama (AL)
- Arkansas (AR)
- Connecticut (CT)
- Florida (FL)
- Indiana (IN)
- Kansas (KS)
- Louisiana (LA)
- Tennessee (TN)
- Vermont (VT)
- Wisconsin (WI)
We also block any county or city with its own restriction. Our checkout checks every shipping address against this list automatically — if an order won't go through, it isn't a glitch.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, to the 41 states and districts not listed above: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming.
Why the list keeps changing
7-OH is not approved by the FDA for any use, and in 2025 the FDA recommended placing it under federal drug control. Since then, more states have moved to ban or regulate 7-OH products, sometimes separately from kratom leaf. We update this list as laws change — but a list can lag behind a new law, so you're responsible for knowing the rules where you live.
Other rules we follow
- Adults 21 and over only — you confirm your age at checkout.
- US addresses only.
- Plain, discreet packaging — see Shipping & Returns.
