1. Who can use this site

You must be at least 21 years old. By using the site you confirm that you are 21+, that you are legally able to enter into this agreement, and that buying and possessing 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) products is legal where you live and where your order is delivered. We may ask for proof of age at any time and may refuse or cancel any order that we believe breaks these rules.

2. Product use & health disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Use responsibly — misuse may lead to dependence. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, and consult a physician before use, especially if you take medication or have a medical condition. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not combine with alcohol or other substances. Keep out of reach of children and pets. You are responsible for how you use our products.

3. Where we sell

We ship within the United States only, and never to places where our products are restricted. We currently don't ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin, and we also block counties and cities with local restrictions. Laws change quickly; we may update this list at any time, and our checkout blocks restricted addresses automatically. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live.

4. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when it ships.
• Until then we may limit quantities or cancel an order — for example for a pricing or listing error, a stock problem, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. If we cancel, you get a full refund and any GRAB Points you used are returned.
• You agree to give accurate contact and shipping information.

5. Prices & payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time; you pay the price shown at checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the order total. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

6. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping times, rates, lost packages, returns and damaged items are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Spend & Save

$10 comes off automatically for every full $100 of products in a single order (before shipping and taxes). The discount has no cash value, can't be transferred, and is reduced or removed if returned items bring an order below the threshold. We may change or end the promotion at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

8. GRAB Points

• Account holders earn 1 point per $1 of products paid for (not shipping or taxes), credited once the order is paid, plus a one-time 50-point welcome bonus.
• Every 100 points can be redeemed for $5 off a future order. Points can't reduce an order below $0 or be used on shipping.
• Points have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred or combined between accounts.
• Points earned on an order are removed if that order is cancelled or refunded; points spent on a cancelled order are returned.
• Points are forfeited if you delete your account or if we close it for breaking these terms. We may remove points gained through fraud, abuse or error.
• We may change or end the program; we'll give at least 30 days' notice before ending it so you can use your balance.

9. Your account

Keep your password secure — you're responsible for activity on your account, and you should tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. One account per person. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

10. Reviews & content you send us

Only verified buyers can post reviews. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience, and must not contain medical or health claims, personal information, or anything unlawful, offensive or promotional. You give us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your reviews and feedback in connection with our store. We may hide content that breaks these rules, but we never edit what you wrote.

11. Things you may not do

• Buy for anyone under 21, or resell our products where that is unlawful.
• Ship to a restricted location or give false information to get around our restrictions or age checks.
• Interfere with the site, test its security without permission, scrape it, or use bots to place orders.
• Abuse promotions or GRAB Points, for example by creating multiple accounts.

12. Our content

The GRAB7OH name, logo, site design, text and graphics belong to GRAB7OH LLC or its licensors. Third-party product names, logos and images (such as those of the brands we carry) belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse our content without permission.

13. Links to other sites

Links to other websites (for example, carrier tracking pages) are provided for convenience. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except any warranty that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRAB7OH LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold GRAB7OH LLC harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law.

17. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close accounts and cancel orders that break these terms or the law. You may stop using the site and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms) continue after termination.

18. Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first through our contact form or at [email protected] — most problems are solved quickly. If we can't resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either of us may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible, or otherwise in the state or federal courts located in the State of Idaho, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

20. Changes & general terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and changes apply to orders placed after they're posted. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between you and us.
