Shipping & Returns

Processing

Orders ship once payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 2pm ET on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) usually ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Big sales and holidays can add a day or two.

Rates

• Free shipping on orders of $50 or more (before discounts).
• $5.99 flat rate under $50.
• Every order is tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email when it ships, and it appears on your order page.

Discreet packaging

Everything ships in a plain outer package. Nothing on the label says what's inside.

Where we don't ship

We don't ship 7-OH to Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin, or to any county or city that restricts it. Our checkout blocks restricted addresses automatically — if your order won't go through, it isn't a glitch. You're responsible for knowing the laws where you live. We ship within the United States only.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier marks a package delivered, it's out of our hands. Watch your tracking on delivery day. If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier.

Returns, damaged & wrong items

• For safety, we can't accept returns of opened products.
• Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping not refunded).
• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it free.
• If an order is cancelled before it ships, you're refunded in full and any GRAB Points you used are returned.

Wrong address

Double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll email you to reship (new shipping charge) or refund the product price.
